We provide sustainability advisory services, carbon analysis, financial modelling, feasibility assessment, sustainability strategy, and data and reporting support. Recommendations are based on the agreed scope, available evidence and stated assumptions; management decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

Energy, renewable-energy, fleet and decarbonisation assessments are advisory and analytical unless otherwise agreed. Where detailed engineering design, certification or regulated technical work is required, appropriately qualified specialists are engaged.

Specialist engineers, technical advisors or other professionals may be engaged where required. Their scope and responsibilities will be clearly defined and managed as part of the overall commission.

Independent review tests the methodology, calculations, data and evidence supporting GHG information. Assurance readiness prepares an inventory and its supporting records for scrutiny by a formal third-party verifier.

Carter Sustainability Consulting is not represented as a UKAS-accredited verification body. Neither independent review nor assurance readiness replaces formal third-party verification where an accredited or approved verifier is required.

Carbon, ESG and sustainability investment due diligence is specialist technical and analytical work contributing to a broader transaction or investment process. It is not legal, tax, regulated financial or investment advice.

All work is delivered under written engagement terms setting out scope, deliverables, limitations, responsibilities, specialist inputs and permitted use of outputs.
