Independent GHG review and assurance engagements are scoped individually, with the criteria, nature of assurance, materiality, limitations and conclusion defined for each engagement.

Carter Sustainability Consulting is not represented as a UKAS-accredited verification body. An independent statement issued by Carter Sustainability Consulting does not replace accredited verification where a regulatory, certification or contractual framework requires an accredited or approved verifier.

GHG assurance readiness work is preparation and independent review carried out before a formal verification process. It is not accredited third-party verification.

Carbon and ESG due diligence is specialist sustainability and technical analysis contributing to a broader transaction process. It is not legal, financial, tax or regulated investment advice.

Strategy, data-governance and transformation engagements provide advisory support, recommendations and delivery assistance. Decisions on strategy, controls, resourcing and reported information remain the responsibility of the client's management.
